Constructed from heavy-gauge stainless steel, including base and legs, the Champion 44 PRO is built to withstand the rigors of a busy kitchen. It includes a powerful 2 HP wash pump, electric tank heat, and a single point machine and booster connection. Additional features include vent fan control, stainless steel rear manifolds, and an internal removable scrap basket with dual-piece scrap screens.
