The top-mounted Prodigy series HMI user interface simplifies control, while proactive maintenance software ensures optimal performance.
This model processes up to 100 gallons per hour and handles an impressive 255 racks per hour, making it ideal for busy environments. Its single-piece stainless steel upper and lower wash arms provide robust cleaning power, complemented by an internal removable scrap basket and dual-piece scrap screens for easy maintenance.
The dishwasher accommodates standard 18” x 26” sheet pans with a 20” vertical clearance and features full 180° opening leak-proof insulated hinged access doors for convenient loading and unloading. Automatic tank fill, door safety switches, and leak-proof ball valve drains enhance safety and efficiency.
Constructed from heavy-gauge stainless steel, including base and legs, the Champion 54 PRO is built to last. It includes electric tank heat, a powerful 2 HP wash pump, and a single point machine and booster connection. Additional features include vent fan control and stainless steel rear manifolds.
