It features precise thermostatic control for accurate temperature management and a convenient 2" draw-off for easy dispensing. Included with the kettle are a perforated strainer for effective separation of solids, a spring-assisted hinged cover for easy access, and a faucet bracket for added convenience. The interior liner is made from durable 316 stainless steel, while the exterior is constructed from robust 304 stainless steel, ensuring longevity and resistance to corrosion. The kettle is supported by a sturdy pedestal base and meets cCSAus and NSF standards for safety and performance.
