The Frymaster FPLHD265 is a high-performance gas fryer battery designed for commercial kitchens. Featuring two 100 lb. capacity frypots, it incorporates built-in filtration for efficient oil management. The low flue temperature and thermo tube-type design enhance energy efficiency while maintaining optimal frying conditions. This fryer includes electronic ignition for reliable start-up and comes equipped with a filter starter kit, basket support racks, and basket hangers with a flue deflector for added convenience. An 11" plate shelf provides extra workspace, while the drain safety switch ensures safe operation. With an 8 GPM pump and dual 105,000 BTU burners, the Frymaster FPLHD265 delivers powerful performance. Constructed from durable stainless steel, it features a frypot, door, and front and sides that are easy to clean. The unit is mounted on casters for mobility and is certified by NSF, CSA, ENERGY STAR®, and Enerlogic® for energy efficiency and safety.
