Featuring an extended hood with a 27" opening, it accommodates trays with ease. This high-temperature unit is dual NSF listed as both a dishwasher and pot washer, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
With four selectable cycles, the MDHHD offers flexibility to meet various cleaning needs. The built-in electric booster heater enhances performance, while the auto start feature streamlines operation. It supports a capacity of 60 racks per hour, making it ideal for busy environments.
The dishwasher includes auto-fill functionality, detergent and chemical connections, and interchangeable upper and lower spray arms for optimal cleaning coverage. An automatic drain valve and vent fan control enhance usability, while the bottom-mounted HMI touchscreen controls provide intuitive operation.
Additional features include onboard service diagnostics, a sleep mode for energy savings, and a mounted water pressure reducing valve (PRV). Constructed from durable stainless steel, the MDHHD is equipped with a 2 HP self-draining pump and a 5.2 kW electric tank heater.
