The Winston Industries HBB5D2 is a versatile free-standing warming drawer designed for optimal food holding and serving. Featuring CVap® technology, this unit includes a fan for even heat distribution and two electric differential controls for precise temperature management. The dual drawers are fully insulated around the perimeter, ensuring efficient heat retention. Each drawer can hold approximately 0.8 gallons (3 L) of water, which is manually filled for humidity control. With a load limit of 20 lbs. per drawer, this warming drawer is built to accommodate a variety of food items.
